Role Overview:
An Account Manager at Magnite plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of a defined book of business of publisher accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for delivering value to publishers through growth, transparency, and efficiency while leveraging technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve challenges. This role will be based in London.
In this role you will:
* Serve as the primary technical and account servicing point of contact for a portfolio of Magnite’s omnichannel supply partners, providing proactive troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Drive key initiatives across a defined book of business to ensure accounts are optimised and transacting to their full potential.
* Analyse and interpret performance data to deliver actionable insights, optimisation recommendations, and revenue-driving strategies to publisher clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, define solutions, and drive platform enhancements that improve publisher outcomes.
* Have oversight of delivery, measurement, reporting, and integration processes; contribute to strategy through client reports.
* Maintain and expand an in-depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and emerging ad tech developments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues, working closely with internal stakeholders.
* Actively contribute to team-wide growth initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
* Participate in client meetings, including product overview sessions and lead weekly/monthly calls.
* Manage a portfolio of Tier 2 accounts with a focus on technical optimisation and revenue generation.

* Proven experience managing online advertising accounts with a strong technical focus.
* A solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
* A demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
* Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools, and CRM systems.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
* An ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
* Confidence in presenting technical and business concepts.
* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge.
