We have two exciting opportunities available for proactive, enthusiastic individuals to join the Student Services First Contact Team in the role of Senior Administrator. Student Services is at the heart of enabling the University’s strategic ambition to provide all students with a life-shaping student experience and is engaged with almost all areas of academic and campus activity in support of this goal.
The Senior Administrator First Contact Team is a key member of the Student Services Administration Team and is part of a team of front-line support responsible for managing and triaging enquiries into Student Services while promoting an approachable and friendly environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring that service users have a positive experience when accessing our support services.
We are looking for strong administrators with excellent customer service skills and good attention to detail. Applicants should have experience of working in a busy customer- facing role, dealing with queries of a sensitive nature and be able to work under pressure and manage workload and competing priorities effectively. Excellent IT skills and an enthusiastic, professional approach are also essential.
