We have a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team, suitable for someone who loves building relationships and being front of house. This is a permanent position, and our fabulous client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible!
Tasks
1. Performing reception duties, providing a welcome and professional appearance
2. Handling day to day ‘front of house’ and customer liaison
3. Answering the switchboard and logging any information to database
4. Operating office machines including computers, phones, photocopier machines
5. Order office supplies
6. Communicating and responding to clients, suppliers and other members of staff
7. Preparing meeting and conference rooms and handling diary management
8. Handling any queries that come in via phone or email
9. Assisting and coordinating any maintenance or health and safety procedures
10. Ensure the reception area and common areas remain clean and tidy
11. Getting involved with marketing and events.
Requirements
1. You must be a proactive person who enjoys being hands-on when dealing with any tasks
2. You must be people-oriented with a positive and happy attitude
3. Experience within a customer-focused role
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety and getting involved with lots of different tasks on a day-to-day basis, as well as taking ownership of certain projects. You don’t necessarily need office experience; however, you will need to demonstrate professional customer service skills gained from experience within hospitality or retail sector.
