Job Description
1. Implement and manage learning and development initiatives within the organisation
2. Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs
3. Design and deliver engaging training programs
4. Develop methods for measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives
5. Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest L&D trends within the FMCG industry
7. Maintain all necessary training documentation and records
8. Provide support and guidance to team members and management on L&D matters
The Successful Applicant
A successful L&D Partner should have:
1. A degree in Human Resources or CIPD qualified
2. Experience in designing and delivering training programs
3. Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry
4. Adept at managing budgets and resources
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. A proactive approach to learning and development
7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
