Requirements:
- - Proven experience in developing and managing databases with Microsoft Access.
- Proficiency in MS Access Development and the ability to understand existing coding.
- Experience with MSSQL Server Management.
- Familiarity with Excel and VBA.
- Experience with SQL Server or other database management systems.
- Familiarity with data migration from older systems to newer versions of Access.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- - Design, develop and maintain the database application using Microsoft Access and SQL Server, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance.
- Lead the development of M365, working with various stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design a solution, build and deploy (including change and release processes, testing, and user guidance) SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform business services.
- Contribute to the transformation of requirements into solution design as part of a project team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Access databases with other business applications.
- Support the upcoming move to a new database that is currently in production.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on Access database functionality.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the database systems.
- Manage data integration.
