Your purpose:
1. Provide a full range of Quantity Surveying duties, from project inception through to completion, working alongside a project team.
2. Prepare cost plans, estimates, Bills of Quantities, tender documents.
3. Provide construction phase services including change management, contractor payment applications, forecasts and final accounts.
4. Preparation of commercial reports for client use.
5. Working collaboratively with other disciplines to provide an integrated approach to client delivery.
6. Develop client relationships and provide an outstanding level of service delivery on a project basis, in conjunction with senior management.
What you can bring:
1. BSc in Quantity Surveying.
2. Conversant in pre and post contract quantity surveying duties.
3. NEC4 ECC contract experience.
4. Understanding of methods of measurement (CESMM4/MMHW).
5. Ability to work with minimum supervision and on own initiative.
6. Civils/Highway/Public Realm experience is desirable but not essential.
7. A member or working towards the Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS) or other recognised equivalent bodies.
