KSA Learning provides tailored training solutions designed to meet the unique needs of the UK Construction Industry. We’re expanding and looking for an Instructional Designer to join our friendly, strong team, where everyone works together to offer each other support and collaboration. The role offers flexible remote working and the optional use of our Henley-on-Thames office.
Role Overview
As an Instructional Designer, you will create engaging, innovative, learner-centred solutions that demonstrate KSA’s high standards and commitment to our clients' learners. Using tools like Articulate, you’ll design multimedia solutions that encourage active learning and effective feedback.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with Subject Matter Experts to analyse learning needs and outcomes.
* Design and develop various learning solutions, including e-learning, videos, animations, and e-books.
* Create assessments (quizzes, assignments) to measure learning impact.
* Collaborate with our client relations managers to work closely on projects to deliver goal-focused solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
Qualifications and Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in content development and an understanding of learning design theories.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning delivery.
* Proficiency in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word); experience with Articulate or similar tools is a plus.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Professional qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
