About the role
We are looking to recruit Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for work starting in in 2024 across Northamptonshire.
The desired Early Career Teacher (ECT) will be working in our client primary schools from September 2024 (earliest start), we have various roles available ranging from day-to-day supply cover to longer-term/ permanent contracts.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of an ECT you will:
1. Have recent experience teaching students of primary age
2. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teaching and support staff
3. Be a reliable and highly dedicated teacher starting off in their new career.
4. Have passed your teacher training course- UK
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
