In this role, you’ll oversee the continuous improvement of our contract reviewing process, ensuring that we are always operating at our best.
You’ll work with your team collaboratively to ensure the needs of our patients are met. You’ll oversee the end-to-end integration of all Audiology sites, ensuring seamless operations across the board.
With your expert contract knowledge, you’ll proactively ensure the completion of internal governance processes, working closely with EOS services and divisional managers for contract negotiation. Keeping our internal trackers up to date will be crucial, as will overseeing the running of the Audiology Patient Management System.
You’ll provide store colleagues with accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring they can deliver the best service to our patients. We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication, and a keen attention to detail.
