Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Account Director to join the growing GlowMetrics Team. As a Digital Account Director at GlowMetrics, you will be a key driver of client success, responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, developing strategic digital marketing plans, and ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of our data-driven solutions. You will act as key contact for our clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective marketing strategies that leverage the power of data.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals, leveraging data sources from multiple platforms.
3. Project Management: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing internal teams and resources.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpret data and provide insightful reports to clients, demonstrating the value of our services and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
5. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to new business development efforts.
6. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise strategic initiatives.
8. Financial Management: Manage client budgets and ensure profitability on assigned accounts.
9. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and analytics.
Requirements
Proven Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in account management or client services.
2. Demonstrated success in leading and growing client accounts.
3. Experience in developing and executing strategic digital marketing plans.
4. Strong ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

1. Strong track record of leading and mentoring account teams.
2. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
