Customer Service Advisor Cradley Heath Mon-Fri 40 hours £11.94 per hour We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a rapidly evolving team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be faced with many duties such as providing excellent service, assisting customers with complaints and many more Main Responsibilities (Not limited to): Dealing with queries by other the telephone and via email from Customers. Keying customer orders onto the system, ensuring that they are processed accurately and in a timely way. Checking product availability and suggesting alternatives where appropriate. Dealing with customer enquiries - these could relate to product advice, order quotations, and order tracking. Ensuring customers are kept informed regarding order delays, and back orders are maintained. Taking ownership with customer issues/complaints and following them through to a satisfactory resolution for the Customer. Go the extra mile to give customers a memorable Customer Experience. To assist Area Business Development Managers with any customer related queries that may drive further business. Person Specification: Previous experience within a role that requires order/data entry Experience within the Customer Service Sector. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team. Computer competent. Familiar with CRM systems. Positive “can” do attitude
