What's involved?
1. As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will be responsible for the management and training of your support staff.
2. You will also be responsible for organising up to 50 casual staff.
3. You must have previous experience in managing, motivating, and developing a team whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
4. Previous experience in a busy function and wedding venue is a must.
