Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Regional and Events Marketing - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
Our Regional Marketing Intern for Client and Brand will be working within the Regional Marketing Team responsible for the UK, Europe, and Central Asia. Based at the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Technology and Logistics Centre near Goodwood, the Region manages 40 Dealer and Service partners in over 20 markets, providing a superb opportunity to work within an area dealing with multiple languages, cultures, and experiences.
What awaits you?
1. Supporting the coordination and allocation of cars to dealers and events. This involves liaising with the fleet manager and the fleet workshop whilst also controlling necessary disclaimers and forms according to legal and insurance guidelines.
2. Supporting the planning of all regional events including Goodwood Festival of Speed, drive days, and our Spirit events programme.
3. Supporting the planning of some marketing events including summer hotspot programmes, ambassador programmes, and affinity partner events.
4. Progressing to becoming a product expert, allowing you to support both supplier and agency product training.
5. Supporting the Regional Marketing team with dealer queries, Salesforce (CRM) management, marketing campaigns, and agency management.
6. Providing additional support to the Region for administrative tasks including meeting arrangements, catering, and courier management.
7. The successful candidate will be required to travel on an occasional basis to support Regional Marketing events and dealer visits.
Qualifications and Experience
8. Studying towards a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Business, Management, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
9. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
10. Experience in a Marketing environment is advantageous but not essential.
11. A confident individual with an enthusiasm to develop and learn.
12. High levels of analytical skills.
13. A strong command of the English language in both written and spoken form.
14. An additional European language skill would be beneficial but is not a necessity.
15. An interest in the luxury automotive sector would be advantageous.
16. A full driver's license is essential.
