Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

The Role: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
* Full-time, Long-term role for the rest of the academic year
* Monday to Friday, full-time school hours
* Earn between £500 - £540 per week as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with special educational needs.
* Graduates with a 2:1 or above in Education, Psychology, or a related degree are encouraged to apply.

About the Role
* Provide one-to-one and group support with students that have complex and profound learning difficulties.
* Help implement strategies to support students' emotional and social well-being.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
* Foster a positive, inclusive and calm learning environment.
* Collaborate with the class teacher supporting general tasks, working closely with other members of staff.
