Salary: NLP LLPNLC7 - £27,961 - £30,518
We have an exciting opportunity available for enthusiastic individuals looking to work within a fast-paced dynamic agile HR environment. The role is based within The Employee Service Centre and in particular the HR Compliance & Audit team.
As a Senior Advisor in the HR Transformation - Compliance & Audit team, you will:
1. Provide first point of contact support on a wide range of HR related queries to a variety of customers.
2. Provide managers and employees with guidance and training, including those relating to employee payments.
3. Support the administration of the Cycle to Work, Buy, Bank and Unpaid Leave schemes, and the Green Car Scheme.
4. Check regular reports for accuracy of data and issue variation of contracts.
5. Process invoices, credit notes, and ad hoc deductions.
6. Assist the Team Lead on HR Compliance and Audit initiatives and have input to the development of controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
7. Support the Team Lead in the collation and information gathering for various audits and specific information requests.
8. Communicate with various stakeholders on topics related to employee payment reports and audits, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
9. Carry out regular audits to test the integrity of HR data and seek to continually improve processes and quality standards.
The Individual:
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You should have good verbal and written skills, excellent IT skills with experience in using MS Office, and knowledge of iTrent would be advantageous. You must be educated to SVQ3 level, HNC or equivalent qualification, with significant experience in an HR field.

Monday - Thursday (8.45am - 4.45pm) Friday (8.45am - 4.15pm)
