Job Responsibilities
* Comprehensive vehicle preparation, assembly, and build, including trim and final assembly
* Both mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
* Assemble components and sub-assemblies, building essential vehicle parts and systems from scratch
* Complete whole vehicle builds using a bay-build discipline
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in vehicle build, assembly, or a similar hands-on technical role
* Interpreting engineering drawings and working with precision components
* Proficiency with handheld tools and assembly techniques for automotive builds
* Background in fabrication and welding (advantageous but not essential)
* Attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and commitment to quality
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Conditions
This is a 6-month contract position requiring onsite work in Leamington Spa. Applicants must have proof of immediate, ongoing, and valid eligibility to work full-time in the UK and travel within the EU.
