The role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and lead the development of digital and marketing assets that elevate the This is Beyond brand. This pivotal role will involve shaping and delivering graphic solutions for our events, requiring expertise in digital media, branding, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversion. In a dynamic, collaborative environment, you will work on a variety of projects, from large-scale campaigns to smaller on-site activities, producing assets across digital, social, print, and OOH formats. You will also be involved in artwork for multiple projects, ensuring all designs adhere to marketing strategies and business objectives. With high-level technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Creative Team in delivering assets across marketing channels. Reporting to the Art Director, you will oversee 2 Mid-weight or Junior Graphic Designers, ensuring their work aligns with brand guidelines and project goals, while collaborating with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery. What you will do: Digital Design & Marketing Collateral: Create innovative designs for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, online ads, websites, and multimedia content. Design marketing assets such as digital decks, banners, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Brand Consistency & Campaign Development: Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand standards, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualise and execute designs for integrated campaigns. Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager to align designs with event goals and audience expectations, managing multiple projects and competing deadlines. Ensure clear communication and coordination with other teams to meet timelines and deliverables. Trend Analysis & UX/UI Support: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital design, applying insights to enhance projects. Collaborate with web developers to optimise user interfaces and ensure a cohesive visual experience across platforms. Performance & Team Contribution: Demonstrates a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving, consistently meeting deadlines and efficiently completing tasks. Contributes positively to team collaboration and morale, while effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments. Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor two direct reports, fostering a commitment to continuous professional development for both yourself and your team. Team Collaboration & Event Support: Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve event objectives. Work closely with the Project Manager to organise workflows, ensure task accuracy, and, when necessary, supervise onsite teams, fostering an inclusive environment. What you will need: 7 years in a fast-paced design or integrated agency, with at least 2 years in a senior creative role. Degree in design or equivalent professional experience. Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple channels, including social, OOH, and digital campaigns. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus), Figma, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising. Ability to take designs from concept to production for both digital and print. Skilled at translating complex ideas into clear, visually compelling designs. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
