Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the project backlog in alignment with departmental goals.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to ensure clarity and prioritization of tasks.
Monitor progress of tasks within the backlog and identify any bottlenecks or challenges.
Maintain detailed documentation of backlog items, including description, priority, and status.
Provide regular updates and reports on backlog status to leadership and relevant teams.
Implement best practices in backlog management and suggest improvements for processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in backlog management or project management roles.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges.
A relevant degree or certifications in project management or related fields.

Pay Per Hour: £18.34
