Assistant Project Manager Birmingham, West Midlands Our client is a well-established global manufacturer of precious metal products. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing customer experiences by overseeing and coordinating customisation projects to meet specific customer needs. This role will have a strong focus on new innovations, product development and project management, working closely with marketing and production teams to ensure that products meet both market demands and customer preferences. You will also provide expert advice on product possibilities and innovations. You will develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our clients product line and capabilities, staying current on industry trends and customer preferences and be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will need to be an effective communicator; communicating effectively with customers, other teams and suppliers throughout the customisation process to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget whilst maintaining the highest quality standards. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to: - Research and implement business plan cases for potential new developments. - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customisation products, from concept through to development, launch, and ongoing refinement ensuring the customisation services evolve to meet market demands. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure timely delivery of customisation projects. - Manage timelines and resources for customisation product initiatives.
