Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the management of the lettings process
Handling tenant and landlord queries professionally, both in person, over the phone, and via email
Preparing and processing tenancy agreements and related documents
Coordinating property viewings and liaising with prospective tenants
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies throughout the lettings process
Conducting referencing and background checks for prospective tenants
Updating and maintaining accurate records of tenants, landlords, and properties within the database
Assisting with property inspections and preparing inventories for new tenancies
Organising and managing tenant move-ins and move-outs, including handing over keys and arranging property maintenance as necessary
Managing tenant deposits in accordance with legal requirements
Supporting the lettings team with administrative tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and general office duties...
