: Plant and Work Inspections: Conduct regular plant inspections, work inspections, and audits to drive operational excellence across the site.
: Procedure Development: Support the creation and adoption of standard and emergency operating procedures, providing training as necessary.
: Risk and Safety: Adhere to the account's Risk and Safety work practices to mitigate the risk of service interruptions to client operations.
: Vendor Coordination: Coordinate, manage, and oversee vendors performing a wide range of workplace:related services on:site.
: Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for improving technical service delivery and enhancing the workplace experience.
: Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement by identifying and implementing service enhancements and adaptations.
Requirements:
: Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
: 18th Edition certification
: L8 Domestic certification
: Competent in operating evaporative cooling water systems and familiar with Legionella regulations
: HV Authorised Person
: C and G 236 Parts 1 and 2
: Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation relevant to safe working practices
