Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a growing company based in the Coalville, LE67 area. Our client offers a dynamic solution for international freight delivery, warehousing and distribution.
You will be working Monday to Friday from 06:00-14:00.
This position pays £14.22
The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
History of team leading
Continuous improvement mind-set
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Effective time management skills
Job duties:
Daily management of your team
Providing positive encouragement and guidance
High level of customer service
Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Recognize skill gaps and provide training.
Ensure your team(s) process all inbound, outbound and pick movements through the warehouse management system.
Adhere to Health and Safety
