We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team in a global FMCG manufacturing business. This junior role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR and payroll administration, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK regulations.
* Assisting with HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and onboarding.
* Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Handling payroll queries and liaising with finance for payroll reconciliation.
* Assisting with benefits administration and maintaining HR systems.
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
What We're Looking For?
* Previous experience in HR and/or payroll administration.
* Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and employment legislation.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in HR/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
