Person Specification
Knowledge & Experience
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrable senior experience and expertise of working in/with community partnership / third sector / voluntary organisations
* Experience of engaging with partner organisations and co-production
* Appreciate the role of the Board in robust governance and oversight and understand how what this means in practice
Desirable Criteria
* Board-level experience gained within an organisation of scale and complexity
* Strong connection with Gloucestershire; either living or have lived in the county or in a neighbouring county

Applicant Requirements
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
