Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community Mental Health Teams for a Receptionist based at Crossgate House in Sale. The post holder will answer telephones, greet clinical and clerical Staff and will ensure all reception processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. The postholder will provide an efficient and professional reception service ensuring quality service to all users. The post holder will be required to undertake general clerical duties within the reception team. To have a flexible approach in providing admin support to the multi-disciplinary teams working with a client group with mental health difficulties. There will be client and carer telephone contact contact and therefore, excellent communication skills are essential. To meet the needs of the Trust services, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust. There may be a requirement to provide cover for other Trafford sites reception areas.
