We are working with a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor who are expanding their fleet team and looking for a Fleet Coordinator to support the management of their growing vehicle fleet.
The Role:
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the fleet department by:
* Managing the fleet tracker to monitor vehicle usage.
* Ensuring vehicles are serviced on time and remain fully compliant.
* Liaising with local garages and suppliers for repairs and maintenance.
* Conducting regular checks on vehicle condition and compliance.
* Producing detailed reports on vehicle status and maintenance history.
* Tracking vehicles and keeping systems up to date.
