Undertake Care and Well-being assessments and Section 47 Child protection investigations as part of a duty rota in a supportive team that values reflective and open collaboration.
Support families in finding solutions to presenting needs or risks towards a child, facilitating family network meetings and using strength-based questions to manage or reduce risks.
Work closely with partner agencies, developing good relationships and using Safety Planning with empowered families to seek solutions to situations where a child could be deemed in need or at risk.
Empower families and seek resources and services to meet their child's needs, with a flexible approach and a can-do attitude.
Collaborate with a range of professionals from different agencies and work independently as required.
Participate in monthly team meetings and regular catch-up sessions.
