Job summary Lived Experience Lead We are recruiting for a Lived Experience Lead to work across the Hampshire, Sussex and Kent (HSK) Provider Collaborative. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively and strategically alongside colleagues and be a visible advocate for lived experience involvement across the organisation. Lived experience of children's mental health services as a user of services or carer is essential, as well as strong planning, management, leadership and relationship building skills to promote and facilitate co-production across everything that we do. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to convey hope, a willingness to share their experience with mental health services and the determination and enthusiasm to ensure that people with lived experience are included in all forums where patient voices are needed. You will be a natural communicator, able to engage, challenge and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including individuals from a variety of backgrounds who have a range of different needs. Demonstrable involvement in developing co-production strategies, and ensuring service user engagement. Lived experience of children's mental health services as a user of services or carer.
