Title: QA Systems Coordinator - 6-month contract Location: West Yorkshire SRG are recruiting for a Quality systems Coordinator (QA) to be based with a rapidly growing pharmaceutical producer in West Yorkshire. Manufacturing numerous household brands found in homes across the country, they also produce specialist prescription products for the NHS. This position will play an essential part in coordinating the electronic document management system, ensuring that medicines & pharmaceuticals produced on-site, are of the highest quality & safe to use. The role This will be an initial 6-month contract working 38 hours a week. As the QA systems coordinator, you will be responsible managing & updating the electronic documents system, ensuring it remains fit for purpose & compliant. Key duties will include: Generation, Administration & Withdrawal of controlled documents via the document management system. Updating & entering controlled documents on the EQMS system. Providing feedback and frequent reports on documentation updates. Working closely with other members of the Quality team to continuously improve & update eQMS. This will be an ideal position for someone looking to gain experience in a GMP QA environment. Previous experience in a QC, QA or GMP environment will be desirable but not essential. Requirements: A degree or similar qualification / or experience in a relevant Scientific subject/Environment. A keen eye for detail and record keeping. IT Literate Previous experience with GMP Quality management systems would be advantageous but not essential.
