What you'll get to do
Working across Newcastle and Metrocentre Boots, you will be fully flexible and based across multiple retailer store groups and locations. You will report to the Regional Retail Manager and the primary focus of your role is to provide Account Manager level support where the business requires you. You will often be working as a stand-alone Account Manager and therefore you will need to demonstrate agility in your approach to the working week, which can change at short notice.
You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Puig brands, which include fragrance accounts and make-up accounts, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. As a Multi-Store Manager, you will increase the brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in. Each store group has its own individual and unique Service Standards that you will be expected to deliver every time.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* Previous experience of being in a Multi-site / Account Manager.
* Experience within the Fragrance, Fashion or Beauty (make-up artistry skills are highly desirable) industry is required.
* Full clean UK driving license & ideally use of own transport.
