Senior Occupational Therapist - Community Therapy Service - South
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a dynamic, caring community Therapy Team as an Occupational Therapist across the South of Oxfordshire; with the option to be based in the Abingdon or Wallingford team.
Working within the planned and preventative pathway while assisting the unplanned pathway, you will make a real difference to the patients of South Oxfordshire.
The team is composed of Occupational Therapists, Mental Health OTs, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, Rehab Assistants, and Clinical Leads.
Main Duties of the Job
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work within a generic or specialist rehabilitation team managing a caseload of clients, providing a high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient intensive rehabilitation service for adult patients in Oxfordshire.
You will deliver safe and effective rehabilitative patient care and discharge, collaborating with colleagues in the multidisciplinary team within the community and acute sectors, supporting the efficient use of resources across the whole system and delegating duties as appropriate.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Occupational Therapy Degree or equivalent
* HCPC registration
Experience
* Good knowledge of rehab community services
* Previous NHS or UK Adult social services experience
Skills
* Car Driver with Valid UK Licence & Access to Vehicle
