Responsibilities:
* Supervise students with SEND, ensuring their safety and learning engagement.
* Build trust and adapt communication to their needs, fostering classroom interaction.
* Maintain an organised, supportive environment, aid in showcasing their work, and assist with practical tasks.
* Provide feedback, follow child protection protocols, and help with supervision, including outings and activities.
To be considered for this role, the key requirements are as follows:
* Possession of an Enhanced child DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain a new one.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential).
* Previous experience in school settings is preferred.
* Availability of 2 relevant professional references.
* Ability to adapt to the needs of students in a professional and courteous manner.
