The opportunity
Joining the People Consulting team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland. Our team, in partnership with our clients, seeks to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.
Our work is varied and challenging; from embedding cultural and behavioural change and training across an organisation to creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions. We manage communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys and offer an understanding of the HR structures, practices and policies required to support the organisation.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join our People Consulting Team. You will collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients.
Your key responsibilities
1. Develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client / organisational goals and best practices.
2. Manage the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation.
3. Design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops and materials tailored to client needs.
4. Lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
5. Create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects.
6. Incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies, technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
7. Implement programme evaluation frameworks / mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives.
8. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Identify potential business opportunities and support business proposals.
To qualify for the role, you must
1. Be degree qualified and have relevant professional experience; preferably prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
2. Be experienced in using relevant training / L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies.
3. Experience in Oracle training is preferable.
4. Establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise.
5. Have strong personal impact and resilience to influence clients and stakeholders.
6. Take a pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
7. Analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
8. Focus on achieving project / programme goals and objectives.
9. Have proven experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations.
