What you'll do:
Work with the Principal Educational Psychologist and Area Senior Educational Psychologist colleagues to flexibly deliver high quality educational psychology services and promote inclusive practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Hampshire County Council and Hampshire Educational Psychology’s policy and practice frameworks.
Lead and manage the East team of educational psychologists (EPs) and shape and influence their development. Oversee the recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal, and performance of senior, trainee, and EPs, providing their professional supervision and line management.
