The Role
Salary: £19,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)
Full Time position
Permanent Contract
Location: South Cotswolds Agency - Wotton-under-Edge or Chippenham site
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

About the Agency
As an account executive in our high value home insurance team, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
About the role:
You will start your career at NFU Mutual South Cotswolds Agency by gaining your licensing in our Motor and Personal products, embedding these before gaining your Bespoke insurance product license. You will be supported to develop your sales and customer service skills while taking inbound calls from customers and completing changes and new business quotes. You will also cross-sell other products to customers, including introducing our Financial Services offerings delivered by a dedicated Financial Adviser. You will have a Personal Development Plan to ensure you are performing in line with the agency's expectations, which will be adapted to a pace and style that suits you.
About you:
• Demonstrated drive, energy, and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic customer experience.
• Confident and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills.
• Problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
• Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math's and English (or equivalent).
• Ability and desire to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.

A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential as this is an office-based role and client visits are required once you have gained your Bespoke product license.
