Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Heat Pumps, Radiators and Underfloor Heating

Area to be covered: South ideally based South West
Remuneration: £65,000-£75,000 + up to £10,000 Bonus

The role of the Regional Sales Manager Heat Pumps, Radiators and Underfloor Heating will involve:
Field sales role selling the design, supply, commissioning and servicing of air to water heat pumps, radiators and underfloor heating solutions
90% key account management of circa six key customers; including housebuilders/ private developers, large plumbing and heating contractor/ installers and plumbing and heating merchant
10% sales management of 2/3 field based area sales managers, three internal sales and a marketing person
Covering the whole of the South, ideally you will be able to spend one day per week at our clients south west based office
£3m personal revenue responsibility and a further £2m/£3m ASM team revenue responsibility
Predominantly targeting domestic projects
Project from 1-100 houses (typically £5,000-£6,000 per house)
Exclusive distribution rights for Haier and Exhaust Air as well as distributing LG
The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager Heat Pumps, Radiators and Underfloor Heating with:
Plumbing & heating or construction field sales experience within large/ key accounts/ customers
Excellent key account management capability
Field sales man management experience is not essential but may be useful
Heat pump, radiator and underfloor heating product knowledge is not essential
Open to building products field sales experience with timber frame, air tightness, windows, insulation (anything with strong compliance & regulations)
Contacts within mechanical/ plumbing contractors/ installers or housebuilder developers/ private developers may be beneficial
