Join Serco’s UK & Europe division as a Product Manager – Foundation Services, where you will define and drive the strategic roadmap for Hybrid Cloud, Network, Voice, and Platform Services, ensuring a modern, flexible, and secure IT environment. You’ll oversee product owners and support team, ensuring effective deployment and management of services within our M365 Tenant. We’re looking for a strategic leader with strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver a high-quality, reliable IT service that enables business productivity. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to develop and oversee IT infrastructure strategies that enhance business operations and drive efficiency. You’ll be responsible for governance, compliance, financial control, and risk management while ensuring seamless service delivery. Main Responsibilities: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Hybrid Cloud, Network, Voice, and Platform Services. Oversee the governance, compliance, and risk management of core IT infrastructure. Lead product owners and support teams to ensure effective deployment and management of services. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for infrastructure programmes. Engage with stakeholders to align IT services with business objectives. Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for innovation. What You’ll Need: Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and product management. Proven experience of managing complex core Infrastructure topologies and architectures. Strong knowledge of Hybrid Cloud, Networking, and Voice technologies. Expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management within IT. Proficient in ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management. Experience in product management, preferably in a Technology related field. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Leadership experience, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in budget management and resource allocation. Significant Infrastructure Vendor Management experience. High level of analytical and quantitative skills.
