Job Title: Payroll Administrator Location: Outskirts of Bath Salary: £30,000-32,000 Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent Key Responsibilities: Process employee payrolls in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain and update payroll records, including tax, pension, and benefits deductions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations. Address payroll-related queries from employees with professionalism and clarity. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations. Reconcile payroll data and prepare reports for management. About You: At least 1-2 years experience in Payroll Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in Excel Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and professional approach to work.
