Job Description
Our client is a prominent global asset management firm providing innovative solutions and exclusive opportunities in both public and private markets across a global remit. They are currently seeking to hire an Associate Director for their Product Specialist/Client Portfolio team, focusing on European Real Estate.
This role will collaborate with key teams on business development, focusing primarily on the European Real Estate debt platform, while also supporting the European Real Estate equity platform as needed.
Duties include:
* Lead the capital raising efforts for European real estate debt products and assist with opportunities for separate accounts and real estate equity products as needed.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams, as well as clients and prospects, to expand and manage responses to RFIs and RFPs.
* Create and maintain key investor materials, such as presentations, factsheets, due diligence documents, and deal summaries.
* Manage investor due diligence processes, ensure timely reporting, and organise investor events like quarterly calls and annual meetings.
* Serve as the main point of contact for sales and marketing teams and work with the research team to generate content that supports capital raising.
* Track and report on capital raising progress to internal teams, and participate in relevant industry events.
Necessary qualifications, experience and competencies:
* Exceptional communicator, skilled in both written and verbal communication, able to engage effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organised, meticulous with details, and proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working collaboratively within a team or independently.
* Willingness and ability to travel as required.
* 5-7 years of experience working with private real estate funds in a product or client-facing role.
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
