Now, we’re looking for an inspirational Creative Director to take our creative vision and team to the next level. You will be responsible for developing and leading an exceptional creative department - one that will inspire and excite us every bit as much as our clients.

● A digital native, comfortable with emerging technologies (including AI) and the latest trends, and able to execute across a range of content formats.

You have:
● Proven experience in creative leadership within a content or advertising agency.
● A portfolio showcasing award-winning, multi-channel campaigns across a variety of media.
● Expertise in building and managing creative teams.
● Evidence of successful implementation of processes and workflows.
● The ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen and client needs.
The Role
As Creative Director, you’ll be at the helm of our creative output, setting the vision and guiding the team to deliver outstanding work that excites our clients and engages their audiences.
You’ll be joining a team that includes a number of creative minds, and one that already works with a number of freelancer CDs. Your job is to galvanise, inspire and get the very best from those around you, as well as to recognise and develop fresh talent as we seek to grow.
Primary role & responsibilities
● You will excel at Building and Winning pitches.
● You’ll help Drive the overarching creative vision and strategy for the agency.
● Ensure the agency's Creative Vision is aligned with the overall business strategy.
● Lead the creative direction of various projects, from ideation through to final delivery, ensuring any output aligns with client strategy.
● Develop compelling concepts, storyboards and scripts that capture the essence of our clients' requirements, resonating with their target audiences.
● Collaborate with creatives and our strategy team to ensure that creative outputs meet client KPI’s, audience engagement goals etc.
● Collaborate with the production team, ensuring seamless execution.
● Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
● Help to Cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the agency.
● Guide and mentor the team on best processes, encouraging the development of innovative ideas and an exceptional standard of craftsmanship.
● Represent us at industry events and conferences to maintain a visible and influential presence in the creative community. In turn, we will help to build your brand.
● Stay on top of emerging trends in marketing, advertising, platforms, and technologies to ensure that our work remains fresh and forward-thinking.
● Oversee the consistency and quality of content across the various formats.
Target: to help Wonderhatch grow and attain its vision over the next 3-5 years.
Wage: Competitive, depending on experience.
Location: Kingly St, Soho.
Work: Hybrid with one day at home as required.
Start: Early 2025.
