Totally Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client located in the Small Heath area, Birmingham. This is a Temporary to Permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties include:
1. Answering the telephone
2. Dealing with customer enquiries
3. General office administration
Requirements:
1. Previous customer service experience within a similar role
2. Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
3. Reliable
Working Hours:
8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minute paid break and 1 hour lunch.
