As a Professional Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the schedules of our professional staff, ensuring that they are adequately resourced to meet business and patient demands. This will involve working closely with our Self-Employed Optometrist network to fill gaps at short notice, communicating effectively with senior managers and qualified healthcare providers, and analysing data to inform scheduling decisions.
