Key responsibilities include collaborating with the back of house team to develop well-balanced menus, preparing and managing the catering budget, establishing strong relationships with school Bursars, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a General Manager, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a real passion for food & service. They will also be able to demonstrate financial acumen, coaching, delegation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to prioritise multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances.
