You will have the inclusive teaching and learning skills required to ensure that all learners can fully access the curriculum and achieve their highest potential. As a Lecturer in Foundation Learning you will plan and deliver engaging lessons for learners with SEND, this will include employability skills, maths, English and digital skills from Entry Level to Level 2. You will also plan and deliver a range of vocational taster sessions to raise aspiration for further study, arrange local employer engagement and encourage local social action to give learners a wide range of opportunities and experience to engage in the world around them.
