Key Responsibilities:
* Understand and support the needs of a wide range of clients, including housebuilders, developers, and businesses.
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and professionals.
* Contribute to various planning projects, delivering work to a high standard under the supervision of senior team members.
* Prepare reports and provide written advice, supported by Directors/Associate Directors.
* Conduct research, submit planning applications, and handle negotiations with local authorities.
* Participate in community engagement events to help shape local development.
* Manage your own projects while receiving support from a collaborative team.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Enthusiastic with a problem-solving mindset.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* IT literate (familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications).
* A desire to learn and evolve within the planning profession.
* A full driving licence and access to a car.
