Enterprise Account Exec - UK market - REMOTE within the UK -£60K double OTE £120K bens We have an exciting new role for an international leader providing e-learning and online courses to all UK verticals. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to drive top-line revenue growth via new business (75%) and existing business (25%). Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will have a proven track record of building strategic relationships, growing an ambitious pipeline, and exceeding client expectations. You will be working within a 360 role, generating leads for companies with over 7,000 employees and closing deals. You will be experienced in high stakeholder engagement, working with numerous stakeholders up to c-level to manage and close deals. Near native fluency/bilingual English is essential. Responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s sales strategies and training portfolio. Sell content solutions directly to Enterprise accounts, and corporate decision makers. Own responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue goals. Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the footprint within existing accounts. Influence prospects at the senior leadership level and collaborate with specialists to sell blended learning technology products. Identify cross-sell opportunities and represent solutions with key competitive differentiators. Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive business growth. Act as a "hunter" in sales, generating outreach, meetings, and building a strong pipeline. Partner with sales, marketing, and support resources to advance critical opportunities and market penetration. Prepare for meetings through research, agenda setting, and tailored presentations, followed by impeccable follow-up. Set measurable business objectives and timelines related to revenue and account growth. Provide feedback and recommendations to management on pipeline health, risks, opportunities, and progress. Profile required: Experience in the Instructor Led, EdTech, HCM, is highly desirable Experience in the TECH industry is essential. This is NOT a SaaS role Significant successful sales experience with proven track record as a top performer, with recognition such as President’s Club or Rep of the Year. Ability to exceed sales targets and leverage each stage of the sales cycle effectively. Native or bilingual level in English. Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools. Ability to manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth. Strong negotiation skills and ability to articulate value to close deals efficiently. Ability to understand complex client requirements and develop tailored solutions. Structured prospecting skills with a focus on maximizing revenue growth. Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of corporate buyers Minimum 5 years experience in Sales/Business development and 360 Sales. The role is available asap.
