Come and join our friendly Occupational Health team!
With dedicated modern Occupational health facilities, based in Blackpool town centre, we are close to all transport links.
This role plays a key part in promoting a healthy workplace by providing comprehensive occupational health support across the whole organisation. We have an opportunity for a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Adviser to carry out the full function of Occupational Health - case management, health surveillance, pre-employment assessments, and vaccinations.
Providing guidance, training, and supervision for the OH team, you will also be involved in policy development and the SEQOHS accreditation. As part of a well-established in-house service, you will continue to raise awareness across the organisation of the role of OH.
This role would suit an experienced Senior OH Nurse Adviser looking for a change or an experienced OH Adviser who is looking for a more senior role. Working 4 days per week, we offer hybrid working, excellent annual leave, and flexi time. From the day you join us, you’ll get access to excellent learning opportunities, employee benefits, and a varied job role.
