As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to fee earners, ensuring smooth operations within the Commercial Property team and excellent client service.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the commercial property fee earners with administrative tasks relating to property sales and purchases
Managing client onboarding, opening and closing files as required
Liaising with clients, addressing and resolving their queries effectively
Delivering exceptional service to clients
Assisting firm solicitors with any queries, providing clarity when needed
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
Experience working in a law firm.
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS check.
