Customer Success Co-Ordinator

Salary: up to £32,000 per annum, plus company van & fuel card
We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. About the Role:
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be working alongside the London Borough Council in our Social Housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
A Customer Success Coordinator within our Ilford branch will work closely with our four customer groups (clients, colleagues, residents, and wider communities) to ensure requirements are fully implemented & we outperform against customer & contractual needs. This role helps to protect and enhance the Mears brand, positioning Mears as a socially responsible business, a leading provider of housing services with care, and a great place to work.
Role Criteria:
* Experience with Social Value projects
* Experience in the Social Housing background
* Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
* IT Literate
* Good Customer Service Skills
* UK full driving license
