Job Title: Administrator Location: Lisburn Hourly Rate: £12.85 per hour Duration: Initial 6-month contract with a view to extend. Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to support a variety of administrative tasks within the organisation. This role is based in Lisburn and is offered initially on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide a modern, efficient, and customer-focused administrative service across departments. Prepare, collate, and manage documentation, including reports, memos, and correspondence. Design, maintain, and update databases and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy in records. Offer support and guidance on administrative processes to both internal staff and external stakeholders. Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions. Requirements: A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent. At least two years of experience in a demanding office environment, providing business support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills. Desirable Criteria: Experience in minute-taking and producing action plans from meetings. Previous experience working within local government or the public sector.
